Create your tenant account

For current Penn Treaty Properties tenants. Set up your contact info so we can send you inspection reports, lease and disclosure documents, and important notices about your rental unit through Property Unify. Text messaging is an optional add-on below — it is never required.

We will never sell, rent, or share your contact info or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of tenancy.
